Has my order been completed?
After you finish the process of entering the recipient's details and click Send Order, a message will appear informing you that the order has been completed. This message also mentions the order code, which you should keep.

To use the coupon code you, go to the store and find the items to buy.

When will I receive;
At www.dardana.gr our policy is to deliver orders as soon as possible. Your order is until 11 o'clock in the morning, you will have the order with 90% probability the next day home.
For Xanthi and the surrounding areas you can pick up from our store, at 3 Smyrnis, in Xanthi.
For the rest of Greece: The delivery fee is from 1 to 3 working days.
ATTENTION !: In some remote areas courier delivery is still not possible. In such cases the shipment is made by mail.
How do customers redeem gift cards?
To redeem the card, the recipient goes to your store and finds items to buy. When paying, they select the Redemption Gift Card option and enter their unique Gift Card code.
If the sale price is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining costs using your standard payment methods.
